Job Summary
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, including inventory accuracy, goods movement, team coordination, and compliance with 5S and company standards.
Main Responsibilities
1. Control and monitor inventory accuracy between the system and physical stock.
2. Ensure timely and correct receiving and issuing of materials, following FIFO principles.
3. Maintain a clean and organized working area under the 5S standard.
4. Manage warehouse manpower to match the daily operation schedule.
5. Ensure company assets and warehouse equipment are in good condition.
6. Act as the key contact for coordination between the warehouse and related departments.
7. Oversee and maintain documentation systems such as WI and stock cards.
8. Support company activities and perform other tasks as assigned.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse or inventory control.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a proactive mindset.
- Fair command of English (reading and writing); spoken English is an advantage.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 standards is preferred.
- Forklift driver license is required.
- Knowledge of inventory control systems and stock management.
- Ability to operate and good computer programs especially for MS Excel.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
