• Using Tools and Insights: Use available tools and reports to plan activities that boost sales effectively.
• Following Sales Process: Follow the steps and methods laid out for each sales opportunity when interacting with customers.
• Analyze user activity and follow up with inactive clients to uncover the causes of disengagement and reinitiate interaction.
• Proactive Communication: Approach customer to sort out payment-related issues.
• Handling Queries and Complaints: Deal with any questions or complaints customers have about our products/services.
