manages 5 brands, “Makai Acai & Superfood Bar”, “GRAIN Thailand”, “Knead Me”, “Austro Pro” (wholesale),
and “Vitatrade” (Wholesale).
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team as the Central Kitchen
Manager. The Sous Chef will play a critical role in overseeing the operations of our central kitchen, including
menu planning, food production, quality control, and staff management. The ideal candidate will have strong
culinary skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality food products to our customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the central kitchen, ensuring efficient and effective food
production and workflow.
• Develop and maintain standardized recipes, production schedules, and quality control procedures to
ensure consistency and excellence in food preparation.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to plan menus, create new dishes, and optimize production processes
to meet customer demand and operational goals.
• Supervise and train kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen assistants, to ensure adherence to
food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and culinary techniques.
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food costs to maximize profitability while
minimizing waste and spoilage.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment, facilities, and storage areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and
compliance with health regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement, logistics, and quality assurance, to streamline
operations and resolve any issues or challenges that arise.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, inventory usage, and product specifications to support
operational efficiency and traceability.
