รายละเอียดงาน
1. Control of Packaging Material Usage •Verify the quantity of packaging materials issued for use •Ensure material issuance follows the Bill of Materials (BOM) •Monitor and prevent excessive use or waste of materials •Coordinate with the warehouse for material issuance and return of unused items •Monitor leftover or damaged materials 2. Recording Actual Material Usage •Record the actual usage of packaging materials in the ERP system or production documents •Compare actual usage vs. planned usage to analyze deviations and production waste •Summarize material usage reports for each Manufacturing Order (MO) to support production planning and cost accounting 3. Closing Manufacturing Orders (MO) •Verify the accuracy of data before closing the MO, including material usage, material issue numbers, and finished goods batch numbers •Close MOs in the ERP system to finalize the production process •Submit data to the costing department for actual production cost analysis 5. Coordination and Production Support •Coordinate with line supervisors, quality control (QC), warehouse, and production planning teams •Provide accurate data to support timely packaging and ensure production meets the demand
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. 1–3 years of experience in material control, manufacturing order management, production planning, or similar roles in a manufacturing environment.
  2. Experience working with ERP systems such as Odoo, Formular, SAP is a strong advantage.
  3. Solid understanding of BOM (Bill of Materials), routing, and work order processes.
  4. Good command of Excel.
  5. Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams such as production, warehouse, and planning departments.
  6. Strong skills in documentation, data entry, and system accuracy checks.
  7. Able to work alternate Saturdays (every other Saturday).
