1) Ensure all HDD cleanliness standards and requirements are updated and complied with HDD customers requirement and carried out effectively, efficiently and according to related procedures. 2) Ensure all production processes control, inspection and testing activities, including the monitoring of process and product cleanliness quality are carried out as stated in the cleanliness quality control procedures and customer standards. 3) Ensure cleanliness quality standard and requirement training and qualification is carried out to subordinates where applicable. 4) Ensure the process cleanliness management system is audited as plan and all nonconformities are properly improved and effectively validated. 5) Lead the operation team to review the process risk when the cleanliness standard and requirement change and consult for improvement. 6) Lead and consult the 8D team to analyse the cleanliness quality issue incurred on new and existing products and consult team for improvement including validation to ensure issue is effectively solved and meeting the requirement. 7) Other assignments in accordance with superior assigned.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry Science, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineer, or Industrial Engineer.
As least 3 years of experience and expertise in HDD cleanliness quality control and management.
Has a solid statistical knowledge and able to analysis by using Minitab Software.
Experienced in training of cleanliness quality management and control for all relevant parties and QA team.
Be an advisor and a leadership in cleanliness quality problem solving and skilled in 8D CAR technic application.
Good leadership, good communication skill and a positive attitude.
Well communication in English; Speaking, Listening and Writing.
Good computer skills i.e. Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
