1.) Responsible for operation supervision of the production activities to ensure the yield, cost and delivery schedule are meet with to meet production schedules and targets and company's KPI goals. 2.) To ensure that updated working instruction standard are well implemented and all staffs following though this procedure and continuously monitoring and studying methods, implementing cost reductions, and developing reporting procedures. 3.) To improve machine utilization rate, analyse operating practices and production data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste & loss in production area. 4.)Perform for the root cause analysis & solving the quality problem and lead for continuous improvement programs for increase productivity. 5.)Ensure all equipment and machineries are well set up and maintained in good condition and regular autonomous maintenance to prevent breakdowns and ensure operational efficiency. 6.) To train, motive and lead the production team towards for higher improvement of productivity, product quality and discipline. 7.) To train, motivate and lead the production team towards higher productivity, Production quality, discipline, safety procedures, and company standards. 8.) Responsible for identifying and resolving production issues and malfunctions in a timely manner. 9.) Any other job assignment as required by the superior from time to time. 10.) Perform per environmental objective/ policy and recommend from ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO IATF 16949. 11.) To implement the improvement activities and follow up to ensure that proper perform has been performed. 12.5S Activity, any other job assignment as required by head of department and top management level.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering / Industrial management or related field.
Have experience in manufacturing or production at least 3-5 years in production supervisor.
Strong understanding of production processes and principles.
Strong leadership and analytical ability.
Basic computer skills in MS Office (Excel, Power point and World).
Good command in English both writing and speaking.
