Preparing Number of Chinese Staffs Report send to HQ every month.
Preparing Time Attendance of Chinese Staff Report send to HQ every month.
Preparing expenses form for Food & Beverages of Chinese Staff.
Booking Hotel for Management Team or Chinese executive.
Entertain Chinese executive Director when they come to business trip
Support Report to HR of HQ and HR Manager in Thailand.
Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Executive Directors and/or other assigned leadership staff.
Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, minutes of meetings, invoices, reports, power of attorney, and other documents
Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.
Preparing bill of expenses send to Accountant Department each month
Coordinate and prepare documents with the Department of Land Transport Department and Department of Energy Business (Annual Tax, Compulsory Motor Insurance, Claim License Renewal, and other related tax)
Qualification
Bachelor Degree in any related fields/ Chinese language.
with Minimum 1-2years Experience work with Chinese Company.
Good in English written and spoken would be preferred.
Good in Chinese written and spoken would be preferred (HSK 5 Up )
Having skill in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Pleasant personality, Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work under pressure, Well organized, fast learning and service mind.
