We’re looking for an HR Manager who’s ready to shape the future of our workforce — someone who thrives on building people-focused strategies while keeping operations sharp and compliant.
🔍 Your Mission:
As our HR Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
✅ Payroll Management – Ensure accurate, timely salary and benefits processing for over 300 employees.
✅ HR Development – Design and implement training programs to build skills across all levels.
✅ Employee Engagement – Plan team-building events, company outings, and initiatives to strengthen employee satisfaction and company culture.
✅ Performance Management – Develop performance scorecards and KPIs that drive results and fairness.
✅ Budget Oversight – Monitor and control the HR budget, including payroll, welfare, and training expenses.
✅ Talent Acquisition – Lead recruitment strategies and employer branding to attract top talent.
✅ Internal Communication – Drive effective communication between management and employees to promote alignment and transparency.
✅ HR Compliance & Policy – Maintain up-to-date policies, contracts, and compliance with labor laws.

Lead onboarding and offboarding processes that leave a lasting impression.
Support succession planning and career pathing to help employees grow with the company.
Partner with department heads to identify talent gaps and coordinate internal development plans.
Analyze HR data to advise management on workforce trends and improvements.
Champion our values by promoting diversity, inclusion, and psychological safety.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารจัดการบุคลากรมาก่อนอย่างน้อย 5 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีทักษะด้านการจัดการงบประมาณ
- มีทักษะด้านแรงงานสัมพันธ์
- มีทักษะด้านการสรรหาและพัฒนาบุคคลากร
- เชี่ยวชาญระบบ HRIS และรู้ข้อกำหนดด้านกฎหมายแรงงาน
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
