To manage sales and business operations for corporate internet services and related products, with a focus on ICT Solution for corporate clients in both the private and public sectors in the Bangkok metropolitan area. This includes driving new revenue and maintaining existing income streams.
Accountabilities and Activities
Achieve sales targets by identifying potential clients and preparing product and service information tailored to meet customer needs.
Schedule and attend meetings with prospective clients to introduce oneself, the company, and the products/services that align with their needs.
Follow up, analyze data, resolve issues, and negotiate to close sales deals.
Provide post-sales support, plan client visits to assess satisfaction, and build strong relationships with clients for continuous presentation of new products and services.
Coordinate with relevant departments both internally and externally to ensure sales operations meet client expectations.
Summarize and prepare sales reports for submission to the department head.
