Position: Sales & Marketing Executive
Company: ***Jetts 24-Hour Fitness affiliated company***
Location: Greater Bangkok (with travel to Jetts clubs and other partner locations required)
As the Sales & Marketing Executive, you’ll be the main person at Jetts Fitness and other partner locations—representing and coordinating "Product/Company" through staff trainings, tastings, and in-person promotions. You’ll help build strong partner relationships and bring our brand to life on the ground, while actively promoting brand awareness.
Alongside activations, you’ll support customer service, order coordination, and backend processes to ensure a smooth experience from app to delivery. You’ll also assist with our online presence by coordinating social content and customer engagement efforts with the marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Represent "Product/Company" at fitness clubs and partner locations through staff trainings, tastings, and in-person promotions
• Build strong partner relationships and support ongoing affiliate engagement
• Plan and run activations including booth setup, signage, and food sampling
• Respond to customer inquiries and handle order issues via phone and online channels (Thai & English)
• Coordinate with kitchen and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment
• Track affiliate QR usage and maintain logs of customer feedback and resolutions
• Support events, marketing campaigns, and basic social media coordination with the marketing team
• Share ideas and feedback to improve the customer experience
Requirements:
• Fluent in Thai with strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Friendly, responsive, and calm under pressure
• Detail-oriented and tech-savvy — comfortable using chat systems, apps, and tracking tools
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or delivery operations is a plus
• Flexible and willing to support cross-functional duties during busy periods or events

- มีประสบการณ์ในด้านบริการลูกค้า ธุรกิจอาหาร หรือการจัดส่งจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ยืดหยุ่นและพร้อมสนับสนุนงานในหน้าที่อื่น ๆ
- ต้องสามารถเดินทางไปยังสาขา Jetts และ Partner อื่น ๆ ได้
