The Sr. Operations Inventory Executive will be the main point of contact for the logistics needs of inventory. S/he will be required to manage day-to-day operations of inventory, especially stock count, VRN, defective product, in accord with policies and procedures established by and under the direction of the inventory Manager. Participate in day-to-day operations in a fun yet always ready manner.
• Manage and monitor day to day of inventory especially stock count, VRN, defective product, strictly on safety policy and company regulation to ensure the operations flow is smoothly and efficiency without a bottle neck.
• Lead, motivate team through effective & open communication to maximize customer satisfaction and team productivity.
• Effectively plan and scheduling the operations resources to meet and exceed internal and
external services levels at all times.
• Create a positive and collaborative team environment by setting and regularly reviewing the
achievement of team goals.
• Ensure compliance to Safety & Security, DG and Company policies and procedures.
• Document and track any failures/error including reporting on failure rates, causes, and preventable incidents.
• Assist in training and coaching new and existing team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
