รายละเอียดงาน
* New model , New mold , New machine master plan.
* Process layout design and Process improvement.
* New part trial, Trial Injection condition, Trial problem record.
* Prepare sample and document to support customer require.
* To set Injection condition standard.
* Jig & Fixture design and making plan.
* Problem analysis and improvement.
* Process control and Kaizen / Improvement all of process to achieve target.
* Coordinate with concern job and APQP team.
* To do activity as company policy.
* To operate and enforce the Productive maintenance plan. Including housekeeping. 5s etc.
* To trial control cycle time on target of new part.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male or Female
- Age 23 years old up.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or releted field.
- Experience at lest 3 year. In Injection molding / Production Engineer / TPS.
- Good understanding in process control and process improvement.
- Good understanding in activity creative of Kaizen and etc.
- Knowlegde in project planning.
- Knowlegde in plastic injection molding.
- Basic command in English.
- Good computer skill Microsoff office.
- Quality Management system : ISO9000 , ISO 14001
