• วางแผน ควบคุม และติดตามกระบวนการผลิตถุงมือให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพ และเป้าหมายของบริษัท • Plan, control, and monitor the glove production process to ensure compliance with quality standards and company objectives • ควบคุมกระบวนการผลิตตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง ติดตามและประสานงานกับทีมงานทุกช่วงเวลา • Supervise the 24-hour production process, coordinating with team members across all shifts • ปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการผลิต ลดของเสีย ควบคุมต้นทุน และเพิ่มผลผลิตอย่างต่อเนื่อง (Continuous Improvement) • Continuously improve production efficiency, reduce waste, control costs, and increase productivity (Continuous Improvement) • บริหารจัดการทีมงานฝ่ายผลิต ทั้งพนักงานไทยและพม่า ให้สามารถทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และปลอดภัย • Manage the production team, including both Thai and Myanmar staff, to work efficiently and safely • ร่วมมือกับฝ่ายวิศวกรรมและฝ่ายควบคุมคุณภาพในการปรับปรุงกระบวนการ • Collaborate with the Engineering and Quality Control departments to improve production processes • วิเคราะห์ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในสายการผลิต พร้อมนำเสนอแนวทางการแก้ไข • Analyze problems occurring on the production line and propose corrective actions • ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าการผลิตเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด ISO, GMP, และมาตรฐานสากลที่เกี่ยวข้อง • Ensure that production complies with ISO, GMP, and other relevant international standards • รายงานผลการดำเนินงานของฝ่ายผลิตต่อผู้บริหารเป็นประจำ • Regularly report production performance to management

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

อายุ 45 ปีขึ้นไป / Age 45 years or older
วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรมการยาง หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง / Bachelor’s degree or higher in Rubber Engineering or a related field
มีประสบการณ์ในสายการผลิตโรงงานถุงมือยาง หรือผลิตภัณฑ์ยาง อย่างน้อย 5 ปี / Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in rubber glove production or rubber-related industries
มีความรู้ด้านกระบวนการผลิต การควบคุมคุณภาพ และการบริหารงานผลิต / Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and production management
หากมีประสบการณ์ตรงในโรงงานถุงมือ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ / Direct experience in glove manufacturing will be considered a strong advantage
มีภาวะผู้นำดีเยี่ยม และสามารถบริหารทีมงานหลายเชื้อชาติ (โดยเฉพาะพนักงานไทยและพม่า) / Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a multicultural workforce, particularly Thai and Myanmar employees
มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์ แก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า และตัดสินใจได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ / Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน และจัดทำรายงานได้ / Proficient in basic computer applications and capable of preparing professional reports
