- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B sales, preferably in a fast-paced or competitive environment.
- Strong negotiation skills with a persuasive communication style.
- Strategic thinker with excellent planning, organizational, and time management abilities.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets through self-motivation and goal-driven performance.
- Highly driven, competitive, and results-oriented with a proactive "hunter" mindset.
- Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities to assess market trends and sales performance.
- Adaptable and open to learning in a dynamic, evolving environment.
- Demonstrated ability in prospecting, influencing decision-makers, and closing deals effectively.
- Must own a car and be willing to travel upcountry as required.
