- According to customer requirements, we will perform 7*24, 5*8 IDC room duty
- Respondtoincidentsandexecute work orders, including ad hoc work,inaccordancewithservice SLA requirements
- In addition to meeting the requirements of an intermediate position,youmustalsohavethe ability to identify potential risks, control risks, and continuously optimize the EOP process
- In addition to meeting the requirementsoftheintermediate position, you must have the ability to independently
complete all work orders according to SOP and work order requirements, and have your own insights and continuous optimization on SOP process formulation,qualitycontroland efficiency improvement
- In addition to meeting the requirements of an intermediate position, you must be familiar ithprojectmanagementtoolsand methods,andhavetheabilityto coordinate projects, optimize projectprocesses,andachieveor

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 3-5 years Computer room operation and maintenance skills, some understanding of IT infrastructure,teammanagement, communication and collaboration
- Clear and logical expression, polite listening.
- Team spirit, mutual complementation and assistance.
- Team management and project coordination skills.
- Local language + English, or local language+Chinese.
