Responsibilities:
-Build and optimize SOPs across all departments
-Manage logistics, supply chain, and fulfillment
-Oversee our VA team and improve communication flow
-Track P&L, organize financial reporting, and improve cash management
-Integrate AI tools and automations to boost efficiency
-Help lay foundations to scale both 369 and future ventures
