รายละเอียดงาน
1. Maintain and repair all assets to ensure their proper operating condition
2. Provide preventative and correct maintenance on various complex CNCs: 5 axis milling,
mill turn applications, horizontal and vertical lathes
3. Schedule and execute on-time preventative maintenance plans for a variety of the
CNC machine across EKT production line.
4. Repair electrical system failures involving PLCs, servomotors and field sensors
5. Repair various machine tool hydraulic and pneumatic systems including actuators, valves,
pumps, and filters
6. Repair machine tool mechanical systems including ball screws, linear rails, guideways,
and gearboxes
7. Perform other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective work.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Graduate in Diploma for Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical or equivalency certificate
- 2-3 years of experience in industrial discipline operating or repairing machines, equipment, or facility systems
- 3-5 years of experience with one or more of the following CNC control systems : Okuma, Mori, Takisawa , Fanuc etc. is preferable.
