รายละเอียดงาน- Setup/Enforce/maintain and oversee the daily operations of the service centre to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure that customer service standards are consistently met and exceeded
- Implement and monitor operational processes and workflows to improve productivity and service quality
- Supervise service order processing of Deye products, parts and accessories.
- Monitor responses to customer requests and queries to minimize gaps in customer service delivery of Deye products, parts and accessories.
- Handle customer issues and complaints, providing timely and effective resolutions
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to understand areas for improvement
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all processes and customer interactions
- Analyze operational procedures and recommend changes for streamlining and enhancing efficiency.
- Experience in senior level of technician service and repair for UPS or PV inverter related products, level 1/2/3 repair work.
- Able to lead, train the team, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to perform at their best.
