รายละเอียดงาน
- Analyze and monitor income and expense performance across business units: retail, government, projects, and online channels
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports including P&L, cash flow, and budget variance for executive decision-making
- Work closely with sales and operations to track financial KPIs and ensure alignment with company targets
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, including departmental budget tracking
- Evaluate product and project costs (COGS & Project-Based Costing) to improve overall profitability
- Track and report cash flow status and forecast short-to-mid-term liquidity needs
- Coordinate with accounting team, auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions
- Support document preparation for government tenders and procurement (e.g., bank guarantees, e-bidding forms, company certificates)
- Analyze ROI of investments, equipment purchases, and technology upgrades to support scaling decisions
- Assist CEO and cross-functional leaders with financial planning to align operations with strategic goals
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
- At least 3-4 years of experience in financial planning, FP&A, or business analysis
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Dashboard building)
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial statement analysis
- Comfortable communicating financial data to non-financial teams (e.g., sales, technical, operations)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Knowledge or interest in technology, drone industry, or project-based business is a strong plus
- Basic English reading/writing skills for handling international product documents or reports
