Manage new pilot project as plan and sustaining review Summary all inform was receive from PM regarding pilot build plan (Model, PN, Q'ty and Build plan) Compile all product documents was related to product such 102,201,212,306,310,312,301 & 302,405,411. Follow up Jig & Fixture such stencil, router Jig, test and assy fixture readiness. Follow up LMS, SFC setting and buyoff; Follow up material readiness to meet build date per request. Follow up material readiness complete date. Monitor status of all new products and ensure effective execution of projects according customer and product requirement/Plan Pilot run report summary. SMT/FATP pilot run report with MIL; follow up manufacturing issues listed pending before next build start. Work with PE (Product Engineer) to analyze and recommend corrective action in case of any design failure. IPQC FAI report (SMT & FATP) OBA report summary. Production cycle time with estimated UPH. Control the First Pass Yield rate (Except design concerns will go through MIL control) ECO/PCN: Engineer/Process change implement. Ensure compliance to all ECO procedures and work instruction.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronic, Mechanical, Industrial, or equivalent)
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a similar NPI or process engineering role, preferably in the electronics manufacturing industry
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with quality management systems and lean manufacturing principles
Proficiency in using manufacturing execution systems, data analysis tools, and process control software
