รายละเอียดงาน
•Provide real-time interpretation (Japanese ⇄ Thai) during production meetings, daily briefings, audits, and shop floor walkthroughs.
•Translate technical and production-related documents, work instructions, safety guidelines, and internal memos between Japanese and Thai.
•Assist Japanese management and engineers in communication with Thai supervisors, operators, and support teams.
•Support cross-functional departments (Production, QA, Engineering, HR, etc.) to ensure mutual understanding and smooth coordination.
•Participate in and interpret during training sessions, factory tours, or customer visits.
•Assist in preparing documents or materials for internal reports or presentations in Japanese.
•Coordinate with admin or HR on daily operational support for Japanese expats.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- JLPT N1 Certification (Required).
- Male or Female (Male preferred due to production area working conditions).
- Age between 30–45 years old.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Japanese Interpreter in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in textile or chemical factories is a plus.
- Good understanding of production processes and basic technical terminology.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work across departments.
- Can handle fast-paced environments and work under pressure.
- Willingness to be based in a factory environment and work closely with shop floor teams.
