รายละเอียดงาน- Act as the primary contact for all customer product-related issues.
- Deliver high-quality service to meet customer and partner expectations.
- Represent customer and partner interests professionally at all times.
- Plan, manage, and track activities related to customer products and issues.
- Collaborate with host engineers to investigate and prevent quality problems.
- Prepare detailed investigation reports for nonconformities and minimize customer impact.
- Create work instructions and perform nonconformity analyses for containment actions.
- Attend host meetings as the customer representative, presenting 8D/action plans when required.
- Participate in customer meetings regarding product changes or updates.
- Proactively work to avoid the need for formal quality reports (QR) when possible.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or (Automotive, Production, Industrial, and Electronics).
- At least 3 years of working experience in Automotive's Quality
- Experience in Quality (8D report, Root cause analysis, 5S, 5 Why)
- Strong attention to detail, especially in document handling
- Knowledge of automotive specifications, standards and quality tools.
- Computer literacy: MS Office, SAP
- Have a Car and can travel and work abroad.
- Good command of English
