2.Develop and implement strategic plans to uphold exceptional service standards, administrative efficiency, and operational excellence at all times.
3.Monitor departmental performance, focusing on revenue maximization, cost control, and adherence to annual budgets.
4.Ensure compliance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and all related policies across all departments.
5.Conduct regular inspections throughout the property to maintain all Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) and hotel assets in optimal condition.
6.Promote and uphold “The Chiang Mai” brand standards, ensuring a consistent and outstanding guest experience. Manage the hotel's public image and reputation, including active and positive representation on social media
