Strategy & Research
- Conduct market research for new projects, including demand supply analysis and site feasibility.
- Create and continually refine marketing strategies tailored to each unique project and business objective.
- Track emerging trends and identify target market segments for strategic planning.
Execution & Campaign Management
- Lead full-cycle marketing initiative-digital campaigns, offline activations, PR, branding, and partnerships.
- Design and manage lead generation efforts with a clear understanding of conversion funnels and key drop-off points.
- Tailor creative content and tone of voice that align with each project’s brand and positioning.
Coordination & Collaboration
- Work with external creative agencies, designers, and consultants to produce impactful marketing materials.
- Collaborate with internal team members to maintain and amplify digital content across owned channels.
- Partner cross-functionally with departments including sales, development, and executive leadership.
Performance & Budget Oversight
- Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and KPIs across multiple projects.
- Optimize campaign performance through data, insights, and A/B testing.
- Regularly report on ROI and make strategic recommendations for future improvements.
