We are looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor with hands-on experience in high-standard residential construction. The role involves managing and participating in the construction of luxury villas (from 15 million THB) in Hua Hin, starting with a showcase model home. The ideal candidate must be able to lead a team of approximately 4 workers, organize daily tasks, ensure timeline compliance, and maintain excellent build quality throughout all construction phases. Responsibilities: Interpret and implement architectural plans in defined stages Supervise and work alongside construction staff daily Ensure construction is completed to high-quality standards Oversee foundation work, plumbing, electrical, gypsum board installation, tiling, painting, roofing, and swimming pool installation Assist in planning material needs (many materials are sourced internationally) Ensure punctuality and site reliability Communicate effectively with international investors in English We offer long-term, stable employment for motivated professionals. Immediate start possible. Our goal is to grow to a 50+ construction staff team within the next 3 years. We do not work with subcontractors – our team handles all phases directly. English required for investor communication.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Vocational Certificate or higher in construction, civil engineering, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in building construction or villa development
Strong understanding of high-quality construction methods
Capable of reading and executing architectural plans
Able to supervise all construction stages (foundation, plumbing, electrical, tiling, roofing, painting, etc.)
Ability to assist in sourcing and coordinating construction materials
English communication skills required (for investor communication)
Ability to lead and motivate a team of 4 or more construction workers Willing to work hands-on alongside the team
Punctual and highly reliable
Detail-oriented and focused on quality
Long-term work mindset
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or team leader in villa or housing projects
Strong knowledge of all major construction trades and stages
Hands-on mentality – ready to work alongside the team
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Basic English communication skills are mandatory
Existing team welcome – we are open to hiring full teams upon qualification check
