คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in BOI and Import/Export operations.
- Proficient in MS Office, with strong computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn new software (e.g., DFT, eMT/IC, Customs software).
- In-depth knowledge of BOI and Customs laws, regulations, and Incoterms.
- Strong understanding of import/export documentation and processes.
- Familiarity with TISI and Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) across various countries.
- Proven ability to manage relationships with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to optimize logistics.
- Good product knowledge and excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good level of English, both written and spoken.

•Responsible for leading EXIM (export and import) and BOI processes.
•Identify opportunities to maximize business tax privileges by leveraging import duty exemptions on materials and machinery through BOI privileges and free trade agreements, supporting business cost savings and ensuring regulatory compliance.
•Ensure customs formality for both import and export is aligned with the BOI process.
•Lead the improvement of business processes to maximize tax privileges.
•Provide consultation to the team of site leaders on BOI-related issues.
•Responsible for the management of BOI formulation and BOI stock balance.
•Responsible for registration “cost of product” with dft database.
•Provide service to customers for shipments planning, booking arrangements, and document issues.
•Coordinate with the local/international team to ensure timely delivery of products.
•Keep customers informed of the status of their orders.
•Provide expert advice and maximize loading quantity to customers, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of satisfaction.
•Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and recommend internal improvements.
•Manage escalated customer issues, ensuring they are resolved quickly and effectively.
•Monitoring the performance of the service rate and providing feedback and recommendations for improvement. (if needed)
•Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and potential issues in customer interactions.
•Work with management to develop strategies based on data insights.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
•Communicate with export and import and related authorities, customers, and suppliers, in all relevant territories and countries, as necessary to ensure efficient, positive, and lawful relations, support, and activities.
•Handle daily import & export, shipping issues, and documents for customs formalities.
•Interact with shipping agencies, suppliers, and customers regarding import and export duties, as well as local and international transportation, ensuring reasonable prices by comparing at least 3 suppliers.
•Coordinate with overseas customers/agents, shipping line agents, and customs brokers.
•Coordinate with all related functions for smooth operations and problem-solving.
•Summary and reporting of monthly and yearly sales volumes and sales invoices.
•Analyze and report updated selling prices.
