รายละเอียดงาน* Act as a bridge between the Collection team and the Product & Engineering team.
* Understand operational pain points and translate business needs into data and automation solutions.
* Identify and prioritize quick-win tools or automations that deliver measurable impact.
* Continuously improve collection workflows through structured analysis and stakeholder collaboration.
* Ensure timely delivery of relevant data and insights to support decision-making.
* Write and maintain SQL queries to extract, analyze, and visualize key metrics.
* Build and maintain dashboards for performance tracking and strategy evaluation.
* Deliver clear, easy-to-use reports and insights for non-technical users, often in Excel.
* Collaborate with the collection manager to align reporting formats with team goals and workflows.
* Identify opportunities through data to recommend tactical adjustments and support continuous improvement.
* Design and build AI-powered automations by collaborating with engineers or using low-code tools
* Develop internal AI agents that assist with:
* Generating reports and summaries
* Answering natural language data queries
* Segmenting accounts for targeted follow-ups
* Generating predictive insights to support collection strategy and decision-making
* Write and refine effective AI promp
* Prototype and maintain internal tools that allow non-technical users to interact with data and automation easily.
* Train the collection team on how to use SQL, dashboards, and tools effectively.
* Create internal SOPs, data guides, and AI usage playbooks.
* Foster a culture of self-service data exploration and tech enablement.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Strong background in business analysis: problem discovery, process design, and solution delivery.
- Proficient in SQL and comfortable analyzing relational data sets.
- Able to deliver polished, understandable reports and dashboards.
- Ability to turn data into actionable insights and translate those into strategy, particularly in debt collection or customer operations.
- Comfortable using low-code platforms and AI tools (e.g., n8n, OpenAI, MCP Servers, MindsDB) — or willing to learn.
- Basic understanding of Python and APIs; not expected to be a software engineer, but able to collaborate with technical teams
- Strong communication skills—can bridge business and technical teams effectively.
- Bonus: experience in collections, finance, customer service, or ops strategy.
