รายละเอียดงานPOSITION OVERVIEW: AS A RESTAURANT & FACTORY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF ALL EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES ACROSS OUR VARIOUS RESTAURANT LOCATIONS. YOU WILL WORK CLOSELY WITH RESTAURANT MANAGERS & FACTORY MANAGER, STAFF, AND EXTERNAL SERVICE PROVIDERS TO ENSURE THAT ALL MAINTENANCE NEEDS ARE MET EFFICIENTLY AND EFFECTIVELY.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR:
•CONDUCT REGULAR INSPECTIONS OF KITCHEN EQUIPMENT, HVAC SYSTEMS, REFRIGERATION UNITS, AND OTHER CRITICAL APPLIANCES.
•DIAGNOSE AND TROUBLESHOOT EQUIPMENT MALFUNCTIONS PROMPTLY.
•EXECUTE TIMELY REPAIRS TO MINIMIZE DOWNTIME AND ENSURE UNINTERRUPTED RESTAURANT & FACTORY OPERATIONS.
2.FACILITY MAINTENANCE:
•PERFORM ROUTINE INSPECTIONS OF THE RESTAURANT FACILITIES, IDENTIFYING AND ADDRESSING ANY ISSUES RELATED TO PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL, AND STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS.
•EXECUTE PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE MEASURES TO PROLONG THE LIFE OF EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES.
•RESPOND PROMPTLY TO FACILITY EMERGENCIES AND TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION TO RESOLVE ISSUES.
3.COORDINATION WITH SERVICE PROVIDERS:
•COLLABORATE WITH EXTERNAL SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR SPECIALIZED EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS.
•COORDINATE SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE VISITS AND ENSURE TIMELY COMPLETION OF SERVICE TASKS.
•COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY WITH VENDORS TO OBTAIN QUOTES AND FACILITATE THE ORDERING OF REPLACEMENT PARTS.
4.DOCUMENTATION AND REPORTING:
•MAINTAIN DETAILED RECORDS OF EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE SCHEDULES, REPAIRS, AND REPLACEMENTS.
•GENERATE REPORTS ON MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES AND PROVIDE INSIGHTS FOR CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT.
•COMMUNICATE REGULARLY WITH MANAGEMENT REGARDING THE STATUS OF MAINTENANCE PROJECTS AND UPCOMING NEEDS.
