รายละเอียดงาน
1. Research new materials, processes, and color trends based on user needs.
2. Evaluate new materials and processes; support ID team in product integration.
3. Define product colors and patterns; assist designers with CMF planning.
4. Expert in surface treatments for plastics, metals, and other materials; familiar with reliability tests and solutions.
5. Manage color adjustment, sampling, approval, and process follow-up.
6. Maintain and update material/color boards; build a visual database for design and engineering use.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Color Management: Knowledge of color theory, psychology, and matching principles. Skilled in color matching/tuning using tools like Pantone.
- Material Knowledge: Familiar with plastics, metals, glass, ceramics, etc. Able to select materials based on usage and performance needs. Understand material testing (abrasion, corrosion, impact, etc.).
- Surface Treatment: Proficient in painting, plating, anodizing, printing, laser engraving, etc. Capable of optimizing process parameters.
- Design Skills: Skilled in 3D software (SolidWorks, Pro/E) and rendering tools (KeyShot, V-Ray). Able to create prototypes for CMF testing.
- Communication: Coordinate with designers, engineers, suppliers, and clients. Work cross-functionally with R&D, manufacturing, and marketing teams.
