5. Ensure IT security best practices (antivirus, access control, backups, patch management)
6. Manage IT asset inventory and documentation
7. Assist in onboarding/offboarding processes, ensuring proper provisioning and deprovisioning of accounts
8. Support and maintain VoIP, video conferencing, and collaboration tools
9. Participate in IT projects such as infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations, and system integrations
10. Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or vendors when necessary
