Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CAD/CAM Engineer to join our team in a precision CNC parts manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing CNC machining programs, ensuring high accuracy and production efficiency. This role requires a solid understanding of CAD/CAM software, CNC processes, materials, and technical drawings. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and prepare 2D/3D models and technical drawings for CNC machining using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.). 2. Develop and optimize CNC programs using CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360, Siemens NX, EDGECAM) 3. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure designs meet specifications and manufacturability standards. 4. Select appropriate cutting tools, machining parameters, and workholding solutions for efficient production. 5. Support the setup and troubleshooting of CNC machines during trial and initial production. 6. Continuously improve machining processes to reduce cycle time and increase quality. 7. Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards throughout the design and production stages. 8. Maintain documentation and version control of design files and programs.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in CAD/CAM programming for CNC machining (turning and/or milling).
Proficiency in at least one CAD and one CAM software.
Strong understanding of G-code, CNC operations, materials, and tolerances.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience with 5-axis machining or multi-axis lathe.
Familiarity with ERP/MES integration is a plus.
Knowledge of GD&T and ISO quality standards.
