People
•Provide support and assistance to our customers, be they internal or external.
•Work with operational teams to help them achieve their operational responsibilities.
•Foster an environment of continuous improvement by challenging existing ways of doing business and investigating new opportunities for improvement.
•Actively encourage teamwork, through providing effective communication.
•Represent the Support Systems team and deliver outcomes in line with the BevChain Values.
•Actively promote and encourage User development, including on the job training and/or educational opportunities.
Systems
•Be actively involved in assisting, where applicable, in the implementation, maintenance, support and improvement of TMS support systems and functionality within the company’s overall logistics solution platform.
•Develop an understanding of key operational requirements and constraints and ensure the transport systems processes accounts for these.
Operations
•Work with all operations across all sites to support the specialised route to market networks that create our customer’s value proposition in partnering with BevChain.
•Work in accordance with established project plans and report instances where progress may be outside plans.
•Ensure integrity of data entered into the TMS.
•Take initiative to follow up and control issues impacting on the performance of the TMS.
Customers
•Support customers as required on:
oresolving any system issues that arise in a timely and professional manner.
odesigning, developing and implementing new functional capabilities to meet or enhance existing customer service.
•Maintain positive relationships with all existing customers that you have specific ownership for as part of the support systems team.
