1. Oversee end-to-end delivery processes for products, services, or projects.
2. Act as the main point of contact between clients/customers and internal teams.
3. Develop and maintain detailed project plans or delivery schedules.
4. Monitor progress and performance against key metrics (KPIs, SLAs, timelines, etc.).
5. Identify and resolve delivery issues, risks, or bottlenecks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, logistics, IT, customer service, etc.).
6. Ensure deliveries meet quality standards and customer expectations.
7. Coordinate with vendors, logistics providers, or technical teams where applicable.
8. Report on delivery status, challenges, and improvements to senior management.
9. Continuously improve delivery workflows, tools, and customer experience.
