Human Resources Development (HRD) - 60%
• Training Needs Analysis, design, develop, and implement effective training programs (in-house and external).
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Facilitate and deliver selected training sessions, workshops, and orientation programs for new hires.
• Performance Management Support, assist in the implementation and monitoring of the performance appraisal.
• Support the HR Manager in "Career Development" and succession planning initiatives.
Recruitment & Onboarding - 30%
• End-to-End Recruitment for both production staff and office or support team.
• Prepare and extend job offers to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate and conduct comprehensive onboarding programs for new employees to ensure smooth integration into the company culture and operations, specifically tailored for a manufacturing environment.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Employee Well-being - 10%
• Assist in developing, organizing, and promoting employee well-being programs and activities.
• Employee Relations support provides initial support for employee queries, concerns, and grievances, escalating complex issues to the HR Manager as necessary.
• Support internal communications related to HR initiatives and company updates.
• Collaborate with the Safety officer to promote a culture of safety and well-being in the workplace.
