รายละเอียดงาน1. Act as a liaison between the General Manager and internal departments to ensure effective communication and task coordination.
2. Gather, summarize, and prepare reports or updates from departments for the GM’s review.
3. Follow up on tasks or issues assigned by the GM to relevant teams.
4. Assist in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
5. Manage GM’s schedule, appointments, and relevant documentation.
6. Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information and strategic matters.
7. Support the GM in day-to-day operations and project follow-ups.
8. Perform other tasks as assigned by the General Manager.
9. Accompany the General Manager to meetings or business engagements when necessary to provide support and take notes.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of experience in administration, coordination, or executive support roles.
- New graduates are welcome.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong coordination ability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
- Experience in construction and/or design industries is an advantage.
- High level of responsibility, discretion, and ability to work independently.
