6.Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future needs.
7.Ensure a positive candidate experience through professional communication and follow-up.
8.Prepare recruitment reports and provide metrics on hiring activity and time-to-hire.
9.Stay up to date with labor legislation and best practices in hiring.
10.Support employer branding initiatives and participate in career events.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate in Chinese will be advantage.
