- New Customer Development: Identify and engage prospective clients to grow the customer base and expand market reach.
- Current Customer Care: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers through timely communication, issue resolution, and proactive support.
- Collaboration with Front-End Teams & Customers: Work closely with the internal front-end engineering and production teams to align technical solutions with customer needs.
- Demand Forecasting: Analyze market trends and customer input to provide accurate demand forecasts and ensure supply chain alignment.
- Customer Visits and Meetings: Conduct regular on-site and virtual meetings with customers to review project status, gather feedback, and present new solutions.
- Accounts Receivable (A/R) Management & Delivery Schedules: Monitor outstanding receivables and coordinate with finance to ensure timely collections; manage and confirm delivery schedules to meet customer expectations.
