RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
Provide comprehensive training for engineers, technicians, and IQA supervisors, ensuring they possess the necessary knowledge of QA principles and practices.
Collaborate with the shop floor and relevant departments to achieve quality targets through proactive quality improvement initiatives.
Ensure product quality at every stage—incoming, in-process, and outgoing—aligning with company standards and customer requirements.
Monitor, control, document, and report quality performance, working as a team to identify and resolve issues effectively.
Assist the SQE Manager in developing and refining quality system procedures.
Facilitate knowledge transfer and demonstrate leadership in quality-related activities.
Provide visual aids, tools, instructions, and technical support to the shop floor to promptly address quality concerns.
Act as a liaison with customers and suppliers on quality-related matters.
Address quality complaints by implementing corrective actions, ensuring follow-ups, and maintaining records for continuous improvement.
Conduct timely product evaluation runs and support product development efforts.
Assist the IQA supervisor and Document Control team in managing technical data and documentation to support quality objectives.
Ensure compliance with ISO system requirements and maintain certification standards.
Perform job assignments as directed by supervisory professionally.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Science (IE, Mechanical is preferrable).
- 3-5 years experience in Quality Systems.
- English communication skill is required.
