Department: Business Development / Sales
Reporting to: General Manager
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients and partners.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive company growth and revenue.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop tailored business proposals and solutions.
• Deliver sales presentations, pitch company products/services, and negotiate contracts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support strategic planning.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to promote brand visibility and partnerships.
• Prepare regular reports on performance metrics and pipeline progress.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in business development
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
