รายละเอียดงานReceptionist & Visitor Management:
1.Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
2.Serve as the primary point of contact for general inquiries via phone or email.
3.Manage the check-in/check-out process and issue visitor badges as needed.
4.Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking accurate messages when necessary.
5.Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized reception area.
Administrative Support:
1.Sort, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
2.Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
3.Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring the front desk and communal areas are stocked.
4.Managing Office maid, Driver and, Messenger in daily basis
5.Key person to support administration work.
6.Support submitting the monthly invoice to the system.
7.Oversee daily operations of office and facility maintenance, including managing vendors, janitorial services, and supply inventory.
8.Coordinate office moves, space planning, and setup of meeting rooms and workstations.
9.Plan, coordinate, and execute internal events (team-building activities, holiday parties, wellness programs, etc.).
