- Production planning and control
- Waste control and monitor production processes to ensure consistent product quality in compliance with standards. Implement waste reduction
- Monitoring overall productivity to operational efficiency and identify bottlenecks for improvement.
- Manning cost and headcount control
- Resolving operational issues in production
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Thai nationality, male or female, age not over 45 years old
- Master or Bachelor's degree in related fields
- 10 years of experience in production management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in gravure printing or flexible packaging business
- Strong leadership skills and deep understanding of production control
- Experience in managing operational budgets, optimizing costs and headcount
- Good command of English (Reading, Writing and Speaking)
