รายละเอียดงาน- Assist in the administration of all HR and Admin related policies and procedures.
- Provide advice to line managers on best practice in all aspects of employment, including company policies and legislation.
- Provide an advisory service to all employees on company employment policies and procedures.
- Oversee the timekeeping activities done by timekeepers and ensure the same is correct and in compliance with statutory requirements.
- In charge of payroll calculation and personnel cost report to Finance department, monthly PIT report, social insurance report. Assist in the payroll management and processing.
- Maintain, evaluate and participate in the company’s recruitment and selection process to ensure that the company recruits the best people for available jobs and complies with legislations and best practice relating to equal opportunities and discrimination.
- Maintain all necessary personnel records to effectively monitor sick leave, annual leave ( and others) availments; implement fair and appropriate company benefits.
- Regular meeting/ correspondence with Corporate L&D related to corporate training and development initiatives (eAcademy training offers, eSkill matrix updates, mandatory trainings, training reports, core technology video, etc.) Likewise regular communication with the Corporate L&D about the training and development status, concerns, and needs of the region.
- Ensure that all aspects of the organization and individual employees can accomplish their training and development work goals.
- Organize opportunities for human resources improvement and employee development inside and outside the workplace.
