Chief Operator / Operator Section Manager (10216) Location : Ban-khai, Rayong (Training in Bangkok 2 week - 1 month and Office Base in Rayong/Laeamchabang) Work Hours : Mon-Fri (8:30AM-5:30PM) (Saturday working 1 day/month 9:00AM-5:00PM) Industry : Rental Company of Industrial and Construction Machinery Job Descriptions Chief Operator - Supervise operators at site and ensure work follows schedule - Understand and guide operation of construction machinery - Communicate between operators, company staff, and customers - Manage documents related to operator activity Operation Section Manager - Plan and manage operator schedules at each job site - Monitor work progress and report to management - Solve operational issues on site - Understand and support machine operation (construction equipment) - Communicate with operators, company teams, and customers

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Qualification for Chief Operator
[MUST]
Prefer Male, Age 35–45 years old
High Vocational Certificate or higher (Mechanical, Automotive)
Intermediate English skills
Experience in team leadership
Driving License (Class 2 for heavy/construction vehicles)
Qualification for Operation Section Manager
[MUST]
Prefer Male, Age 40–45 years old
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or Electrical Engineering
Intermediate English skills
At least 5 years of experience managing operators or site operations
Strong problem-solving ability
