Responsibilities: -Implement and maintain Allergen control program. -Review and update the allergen control program manual. -Prepare allergens list of all ingredients and finished product, allergen declaration and communicate to other departments. -Established the verification and validation plan, verify the result. -Review annual information of all raw materials, ingredients and packaging from suppliers (product specification, ingredients breakdown, 'statement of Non-GMO/Non-Food fraud, Company certificate (i.e. GFSI, GHPs & HACCP, Halal) and etc.) -Review and update McKey's questionnaire form, information from supplier reviewing by annually or when any changing. -Conduct the risk assessment of all raw materials, ingredients and packaging follow BRCGS requirement. -Assess risk of suppliers and coordinate with related department. -Internal auditor for FSQA program (HALAL, BRCGS- SQMS, RSPO, GHPs/ HACCP, GMP monthly and customer audit)

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree in food sciences, Food Technology or related field.
2 years of experience in QA or QS function.
Food safety and quality system knowledge in food manufacturing.
Proficient in English language (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
