รายละเอียดงาน
• Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and implement quality control systems to ensure product conformity and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct time and motion studies to optimize work methods and reduce waste.
• Design and layout production facilities to maximize space utilization and workflow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Utilize statistical analysis and data modeling techniques to identify areas for process improvement.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Conduct ergonomic evaluations to ensure a safe and comfortable work environment.
Perform capacity planning and resource allocation to meet production targets.
• Train and mentor employees on lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Industrial Engineer Education
- Good at written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to present alternative solutions to problems.
- Good in CAD/CAM, 3D/2D, Solid Edge, Product/Process/Tooling, Tools manufacturing, SAP, MS Office.
- New technology implementation.
- At lease 0-3 years experience working in automation on semiconductor
