รายละเอียดงานKey Responsibilities:
Participate in business strategic planning, formulate corresponding financial strategies, and continuously monitor business indicators. Provide risk alerts and identify opportunities through regular analytical reports to drive retail business growth.
Involved in key project process control, establishing a mechanism for ROI tracking to ensure return on investment for major retail projects.
Lead the annual budgeting process and execution, implement rolling forecasts and flexible budget adjustments, analyze budget variances, and promote a closed-loop management approach.
Develop a dynamic cost control mechanism. Analyze cost structure from multiple dimensions to provide early warnings for abnormal fluctuations and propose resource reallocation solutions to optimize cost efficiency.
Establish a closed-loop internal control system, conduct regular risk assessments, and ensure zero major internal control deficiencies. Ensure operations meet the group’s compliance standards.
Build a coordination mechanism between headquarters and local offices to enhance consistency between decision-making and execution.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fields.
Over 5 years of finance and business partnering experience; Southeast Asia experience is preferred.
Proficiency in Power BI and SAP is a plus, but not mandatory.
Fluent in English or Mandarin.
Highly proactive and results-oriented with strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial work.
Strong team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
