1.Set up and operate flip chip bonding machines 2.Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent bonding quality. 3.Monitor equipment for signs of malfunction and notify maintenance or engineering teams when needed. 4.Make minor adjustments to machine settings within approved limits to maintain process stability. 5.Perform routine machine cleaning and first-level maintenance (e.g., tool tip cleaning, sensor checks). 6.Report equipment issues or abnormalities to engineers or technicians promptly. 7.Fill out production logs, equipment checklists, and defect reports accurately. 8.Assist engineers with process improvement experiments or trials by following test protocols and collecting data. 9.Assist in new process setup or equipment calibration. 10.Support training of new technicians or operators. 11.Work with engineering on yield improvement and root cause analysis for bonding-related failures.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

High school diploma or vocational certificate (ปวช./ปวส.) in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Basic understanding of flip chip bonding or semiconductor packaging processes.
Familiar with operating bonding machines, microscopes, and measurement tools.
Basic troubleshooting and maintenance of bonding equipment.
Experience in cleanroom environments and understanding of ESD precautions.
Able to read technical work instructions and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
High attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive precision work.
Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.
Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
Willingness to work in shift-based schedules (day/night rotation).
Fluent in reading and writing (required).
Basic reading level for technical terms/manuals is preferred.
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn advanced bonding techniques.
