1. Machine Operation •Set up and operate label converting machines (e.g., slitting, rewinding, die-cutting, laminating, embossing). •Load raw materials (label rolls, adhesives, liners) and monitor machine settings. •Ensure alignment, tension, and cutting precision are maintained during operation. 2. Quality Control •Inspect output labels for print clarity, color accuracy, alignment, die-cut accuracy, and overall quality. •Perform in-process checks to ensure compliance with job specifications and customer requirements. •Remove defective or non-conforming labels from production batches. 3. Machine Maintenance •Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of converting equipment. •Assist with machine troubleshooting and report any mechanical issues to maintenance or supervisors. •Replace cutting dies, anvils, or blades as needed. 4. Material Handling & Documentation •Record production data, material usage, and waste in logs or ERP systems. •Label and package finished products according to work order instructions. •Ensure proper inventory handling of raw materials and finished goods. 5. Safety & Compliance •Follow company safety guidelines, including lockout/tagout and PPE usage. •Keep the work area clean and organized. •Comply with quality standards, ISO requirements protocols

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

High school diploma or vocational certificate (ปวช./ปวส.) in Mechanics, Printing, Packaging, or related technical fields.
1–2 years of experience in label converting, printing, packaging, or machine operation is preferred.
Familiarity with converting machines such as slitters, rewinders, die-cutters, and laminators.
Basic knowledge of machine mechanics, tension control, and adhesive materials.
Ability to read and follow job orders, spec sheets, and technical drawings.
Experience with micrometers, calipers, or other measuring tools is a plus.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good problem-solving and time management skills.
Team player with a safety-first mindset.
Willingness to work shifts, overtime, or in a fast-paced production environment.
Able to lift moderate weights (e.g., material rolls).
Willing to stand for extended periods during shifts.
Basic computer skills for data entry or machine interface use.
