1. Meet and explain about ok4homes to Real estate agents, Real estate builders, real estate project developers, real estate companies and groups, owners or agents of factories, Warehouses, restaurants, hospitals, office spaces, shopping malls, etc.. 2. Registration/ Sign Up of property owners for sale of real estate property on ok4homes website. 3. Generate revenue/ income from ok4homes subscription sales as paid listings of real estate properties. 4. Meet prospect clients and follow ups 5. Manage Social media ads of properties for sale and rent (fb, Instagram, tiktok, youtube etc..) 6. There will be target for number of agents listing/month, also monthly sales target to be achieved. Experience – above 2 years Salary as per experience and negotiations

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Proven working experience as a Sales Representative
Advanced degree in Sales and Marketing, and a related degree is an advantage
Experience with Sales planning and events management
Ability to remain cool under pressure and work according to tight deadlines
Ability to form and maintain close working relationships with customers
Ability to work well alone and work well as a team
Fluency in English and Thai language communication
Own a car and able to travel if customer’s visit is needed
Has good attitude/positive thinking to challenging work conditions
