- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, job descriptions, and staff handbooks.
- Support the Superintendent and leadership team with employee relations and staff performance processes.
- Coordinate staff orientation, professional development, and exit procedures.
- Oversee employee records (digital and physical) and ensure accurate documentation.
- Manage visa and work permit processes for faculty and staff.
- Advise and support staff with HR-related concerns and queries.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and school HR policies.
- Collaborate with departments to implement HR initiatives and maintain best practices.
Budget Controller
- Lead the preparation, consolidation, and monitoring of the school’s annual budget.
- Approve departmental purchase requisitions and ensure spending aligns with approved budgets.
- Monitor and track expenditures, flagging discrepancies and providing financial updates to leadership.
- Coordinate with the Accounting Office on purchase orders, payments, and financial records.
- Support departments in planning and adjusting budgets throughout the academic year.
- Maintain accurate records of departmental budgets and financial documentation.
- Provide training to staff on budget procedures, material requests, and financial protocols.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries for management decision-making.
- Review and improve internal budget processes and guidelines.
